CMM 500 - Uiterst nauwkeurige meting van de Capaciteit van compressoren

De CMM 500 Compressor Master Meter is een nieuw type debietmeter die speciaal is ontwikkeld voor zeer nauwkeurige metingen van de Leverhoeveelheid van compressoren en voor de facturering van perslucht. De CMM 500 kan zowel direct stroomafwaarts van de compressor worden gebruikt voor metingen in Natte perslucht als als persluchtmeter voor het meten van Verbruiksmeting en facturering van droge perslucht.

Uniek is het grote meetbereik van 1:130 en een Nauwkeurigheid van <0,5% van de Gemeten waarde (0,2 Qmax tot Qmax).

Service of onderhoud kan op elk moment worden uitgevoerd via de montageplaat (nulpuntcorrectie, condensaataftap, sensorvervanging voor kalibratie), zelfs tijdens bedrijf onder Druk.

Meettechnologie voordelen:

  • Nauwkeurigheid < 0,5% bevestigd door DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 certificaat.
  • Groot meetbereik > 1:130
  • Zeer snelle meting, detectie van pieken, geen transiëntrespons zoals bij ultrasone gasmeters
  • Geen lange inlaatsecties nodig
  • Extreem laag drukverlies, met max. doorstroming < 70 mbar
  • Kan worden gebruikt voor praktisch alle gassen (door eenvoudig de respectieve gasdichtheid in te voeren)
  • Drukbereik tot 16 bar (g), 30 bar (g)/100 bar (g) op aanvraag
  • Directe weergave van genormaliseerd volume Nm3, Nm3/h, volgens DIN 1343 of ISO 1217 persluchtnorm
  • Andere Gemeten waarden: Temperatuur in °C of F, druk, verschildruk in bar, psi enz.
  • Alle gebruikelijke uitgangssignalen: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, POE, MBus, 4 ... 20 mA
  • ATEX-versie voor licht ontvlambare en brandbare gassen in ontwikkeling
