FL 510에는 장기간 안정적이고 정확한 측정 결과를 제공하는 정전용량식 습도 센서가 장착되어 있습니다. 상대 습도 및 프로세스 온도 출력을 위해 두 개의 아날로그 출력을 사용할 수 있습니다.
