The newly developed VA 525 combines modern digital interfaces for connection to an Energy monitoring system with a small, compact design. The VA 525 is always used when many machines (compressed air consumers) are to be integrated into an Energy monitoring network.

  • Measuring the mass flow. Direct output of the Standarized volume flow possible without additional Measuring of Pressure and Temperature.
  • Compact device for installation in limited space, no inlet and outlet sections required thanks to integrated flow straightener
  • Available with integrated Pressure sensors
  • Highly accurate for both low and high flows
  • No moving parts, therefore Low maintenance
  • Can be used for Compressed air and Nitrogen
  • 04...20 mA and pulse or a Modbus RTU (RS 485) interface as standard
  • Optional interfaces such as Modbus TCP (Ethernet), PoE, M-Bus available.
  • Pressure range up to 16 bar
  • Temperature range up to 60°C
  • Integrated display for showing Measured values
  • Available from 1/4" to 2"
  • Settings can be selected via the buttons on the Display
  • Main counter reading can be reset via the Display
  • For Velocities up to 224 Nm/s
  • Highly accurate with an Accuracy of ±1.5% or ± 1% of Measured value - and ± 0.3% of final value
