  • Measuring the mass flow, direct output of the Standarized volume flow possible without additional measurement of Pressure and Temperature
  • All wetted parts of the VA 570 are made of stainless steel, especially for applications with high demands on purity and surface quality
  • The Robust aluminium housing is ideal for harsh industrial conditions as well as outdoor installations
  • No moving parts, therefore Low maintenance
  • Disappearingly low pressure loss, as the blockage of the diameter is negligible
  • ATEX or DVGW certification available, therefore recommended for gases such as Natural gas, hydrogen, Biogas, etc.
  • Highly accurate for both small and large flows
  • Pressure and temperature-compensated thanks to the thermal mass flow principle
  • Easy installation and removal of the sensor from the measuring section, the measuring section can remain in the line for cleaning or recalibration of the sensor and can simply be closed with a cap
  • For Velocities up to 224 Nm/s
  • Media temperature range up to 180 °C (ATEX version up to 120 °C)
  • Maximum pressure 16 bar, up to 40 bar in the PN 40 special version
  • Can be used from DN15 to DN 80
  • Highly accurate with an Accuracy of ±1.5% or ±1% of Measured value, as well as ±0.3% of final value
  • 04...20 mA, pulse and a Modbus RTU (RS 485) interface as standard, optional interfaces such as two galvanically isolated analogue outputs (04...20 mA), Modbus TCP (Ethernet), PoE, M-Bus
  • Protection class IP 67 (IP 64 for ATEX II 2D Ex tb IIIC T90°C Db)
  • Integrated display for showing the Measured values
  • Settings can be changed using the buttons on the Display
  • Main counter reading can be reset via the Display
